Anyone try the "Lindy HDMI to USB3.0" capture card?

https://www.lindy.co.uk/usb-c4/usb-conv ... ice-p10158

Technical details state:

"Maximum Output Resolution: 1920x1080@60Hz 24bit 4:4:4 YUV2 RGB"

Is this actual RGB 24bit? The YUV2 part threw me off, I'm assuming it can do both XRGB and YUY2 in OBS? Its very cheap for an RGB capture card if so compared to the Magewell ones.

This looks suspiciously similar to many other cheapo ones you can find on Amazon for ~$15 USD, only with a hardwired USB cable instead. I wouldn’t waste your money, most everything Lindy makes is just rebranded crap marked-up to a much higher price (they make clones of the CSY-2100 RGB SCART to component transcoder and charge a ridiculous amount, for instance). It’s all just the same ol’ crap as CYP/Ambery, and most all products from them are either ‘nothing special to begin with’ or ‘total crap’.

Yeah I think I'll just wait awhile for a Magewell tbh, I'm currently using a Startech USB3HDCAP (have been for almost 4 years now), while its very good, I kinda want something that can do RGB over USB3 (or if in the not so distant future, USB4).

^ Connect to it (2nd pic) via a SCART2VGA from https://www.retroupgrades.co.uk (also have a SCART2DVI sitting around that works well, though I have yet to require the LPF that the SCART2DVI has on the cap card)
