NUS-CPU-04 N64 Console - No Signal Issue

Hi Everyone,

I have a NUS-CPU-04 console that powers on but displays absolutely no signal at all - not even a black screen - on either a PVM or an HDTV. I've tried using PSUs, jumper paks, and video cables that have been tested to work 100% with other N64 consoles.

Both the cart pins (physical connector and pins underneath) and expansion pak pins have been scrubbed clean and look immaculate.

Importantly, I have noticed that when using an Everdrive64 cart, at power on, the red LED of the Everdrive cart stays really dims without any bright blinking. This is in contrast to a working N64 consoles, where the Everdrive's LED blinks very brightly several times prior to booting to the Everdrive menu.

Based on how the Everdrive's light is behaving, could anyone with working N64 experience point me in the right direction in terms of what could possibly be going wrong with the console?
