RF interference on D Series?

I just picked up a JVC D Series, AV-27D800. It has what looks like RF interference lines all the time. Doesn't matter what input, or even just displaying the blue mute or OSD. I took some videos, it's more significant in person.

The last one shows the RFI in the OSD, which I don't even begin to understand. Does this indicate a grounding problem or something?

I haven't opened the set yet. I was hoping to have an idea of what to look for first. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have any other TV, monitor, or other electronic equipment near this TV? I've had a similar vertically scrolling line that I can reproduce when I power one set next to the other.

Thanks for the response. I've tried the set in several rooms, no difference.

I do have a Trinitron in the living room, where I took these videos, but it wasn't on at the time. It also doesn't show the same interference, which is why I'm thinking it's a problem with the set.

I think I'm just going to start putting ferrite cores everywhere, start with one on the power cable then start poking around inside.
