failing to do a white point balance calibration with windas

Post by Roboplodicus »

Doing white point balance calibration with windas on a trinitron but can't hit color and brightness targets should the green gun have to be this high to get Y to 8?(picture)

I have to have G way up to get Y anywhere near close to 7 or 8, and then it makes it impossible to get x up to .283 I think I have all my settings right they are in the same imgur link. Does it matter at all what osd settings I have before I start the WPB procedure?

If you do not have a puck you can still calibrate your monitor. Turn the Black Level control to the balance point or threshold. The threshold is White point = 0.964294 1.000000 0.825104, press OK to dismiss the window. You can also Module was unable to perform successful luminance data measurement.
