Turbografx-16 jail bar fix, which caps to replace?

I have a TG-16 I want to fix the jailbar issue on, even though it is a relatively minor annoyance. I've seen 2 different listings for the capacitors to replace.

Tim's website (https://etim.net.au/av-driver/pcebars/) says to replace c134 and c139.
Console5 (https://console5.com/wiki/Hu6260) says to replace c128 and c137.

Does it matter? I've currently done the caps listed on Tim's site, but it doesn't really seem to do much, if anything. Has anyone else done this on a US TG-16 (Not a PC Engine or duo)?

Also, Is there a good game to test a before and after for this with?

In Tim's writeup you can see that he has blocked out several caps, he is saying that you need to replace one of the caps in each block.
