I have 7 x 1954q units, all have a bit of ghosting streking of bright pixels on grey background only and all the way to the right. The colors are simply great!
I have already recapped G,A and C board, played with screen pot, checked all resistors on the neck board, the issue remain. Have you any advice?

I've played on this monitor before and noticed the same characteristic. Maybe check here https://old.reddit.com/r/crtgaming/comm ... s_is_this/ User claims he fixed the problem.

I have an RGB modded sony 20" TV that has the same issue. I replaced a few caps that had high ESR readings, but I didn't recap the whole thing yet. It didn't help.

I also remember seeing this effect on a brand new PVM I had several years ago.

I'm 100% sure he have not fixed the issue! Finally I found two brand new boxed tubes just for this model, I'm going to swap soon and report, usually when a tube wear out just loose contrast and smear but on my sets the contrast and colors are simply stellar so maybe even swapping the tube not will fix. maybe something is wrong in the signal inside the monitor but the rgb appear to go straight to the kathodes drivers of the tube with no amp ic in the middle? I must still better investigate...

I have an old PVM 1910 that developed ghosting problems over time (similar to this but worse). The culprit was a blown capacitor near the flyback (c543 on my unit). Replacing it solved the ghosting problem and drastically improved the monitor's contrast & black levels.

It seems odd that all 7 of your monitors would have the same problem.
