So I've got some obscure japanese PCB I'd like to draw image for where I'd like to draw squares and color stuff and make circles for capacitors and show +/- poles so I can show which capacitor should go where at which Volt / Ampere. So the next person who wishes to replace caps for the board won't need to do the same job I already would have done.
So maybe I measure the size of the PCB in millimeter. Then I create a big rectangle to represent the board, or sometimes it's not an actual rectangle but made up of multiple rectangles, and maybe beveled edges etc.
What programs would you use to create such an image or schematic? Any tips are welcome!

I'd just photograph the PCB from a top view and draw the part numbers / nominal values on top of it using an application like GIMP or similar. Like I did here:
