Need help with capacitors on Extron DA6xi

I bought an Extron DA6xi off eBay for cheap, but one of the case screws was rusted. I thought that was really weird, and was concerned about humidity/water damage. I opened it up and this is what I found:






I've got to change those capacitors, right? They're ticking (or long past ticking!) time bombs?

Anyone have an extron login so I can get the cap list? Thanks!

Did someone leave that thing setting outside near the ocean?? I'd definitely change the caps.

It had to be humid as hell for the screws to up and rust. I guess this will be a good test of my new Hakko solder sucker. So excited! (I suck at using braid).
