Looking for a HDMI Switch with Minimum Lag

I wish to have my PC, PS4, XBox360 and the OSSC connecting to my monitor by HDMI at the same time.

But my monitor got only two HDMI inputs, so I figure that I would need a HDMI Switch to do so.

Any suggestions?
