Weird red retrace lines pattern on KV-29FS100

Hey. Maybe you guys can help me with a very strange retrace lines problem going on with my Sony set.
It happens randomly, usually when the TV is just powered on, but stops completely after it warms up. It never happens once the TV has been turned on for at least 1 hour or so.
Sorry for the cursed portrait-orientation video. I had to get my phone fast so I could try to capture the color distortions that happens before the TV goes full red with lines.
By the way, I don't know if that's related to this issue or not, but when the TV is displaying a black screen there's a subtle red tint to it, with no retrace lines of course, just a red tint that never goes away when the screen is pitch black.
