What are those two panel-mounts either side of the USB jack, Rastan?

Those are just empty hole plugs (neutrik brand). If you want they can be used for a toggle switch between d pad, left stick and right stick or for a tournament style lockout switch that shuts off all the back buttons like home, start etc.

What was kind of cool is that part came pre-assembled with the port and plug I requested. And the attention to detail he does was down to each philips head screw is turned in completely perpendicular to the others.

Nice stick! Curious how you like the Nobi for shmups? I was thinking about getting a LS-56 and putting one of those bullet tops on it but I'm worried the stock LS-56 spring would be too light..
