Now I have a lot of shmups on PS4 and I would like to play them with a Hori RAP Arcadestick.
There are two options: Buying a new one or using an adapter.
I own a 360 HRAP VX-SE (Seimitsu Parts) and a
Switch HRAP Hayabusa.
Which adapter would you recommended ? Where to buy from ?
I would like to use the 360 HRAP for PS4-shmups...or does an adapter can handle
all types of HRAPs ?
Input lags ? Or better buying a PS4 HRAP ???
Thank you !
Buying a new Hori RAP PS4 or use an adapter for older ones ?

Look into the Brook adapters. They have established a very good reputation.
If you do decide to buy a PS4 stick, do some research. Some of the Hori boards were discovered to have input lag - often revised in later runs - and you don't want to end up with a new stick slower than an adapter solution.

Also consider a PCB swap, Brook UFB is especially nice

Brook stuff is very nice. I have the 360/XB1 to PS4 adapter and it works very well. They are tournament-legal, so that's a pretty good testament to their quality.
