graphics card vga out -> super emotia (convert to 240p) -> tv
game cube -> cvc 300 (covert to rgb) -> vsc 700 (upscale to 480p) -> super emotia (convert to 240p) -> tv
Both exhibit the same visual artifacts. It's not the cables because I have tested them using other Extron devices, and everything looks fine. It is only when I put the Emotia anywhere in the mix that color issue occurs.
I would go the vsc 700 to 203rxi route, but it does not work with my crt (top portion of the image is distorted).
