Need a MAME expert to set up an PC to Jamma set up

A while back I bought the Arcade VGA and JPAC set up to hook a PC up to my arcade so I can run mame on it. It’s an Astro City just FYI. Got an older version of shmupmame running on it and there is tearing and issues with it running general. I was hoping I could send this to someone who already has figured out all the best settings and what not and even maybe the best version of mame to run on it. I’m pretty useless when it comes to this stuff and this set up has been sitting in my closet for like a year and I’d love to actually play it in my cab. PM me and let me know! Happy to pay for your time and expertise. I certainly don’t have the time or brains to figure it out.

What version of the arcadevga, and what operating system are you running? Also, provide your pc specs.
