Hori Fighting Stick Neo II Need pics of the inside.

I have a stick that is missing the IC that is responsible for turbo Fire.

I searched Youtube videos, Google, Yahoo Japan, and all I can find are pics of the bottom of the board but nothing from the top side where the IC is.
it's a 14 pin dip, it doesn't match any of the rapid fire circuits I've seen posted online, if anyone happened to take pics or have seen some online that would be great.

At least if if I know it's a custom IC I can just give up and hack something up.
