Hello everyone.
I have assembled and tested Simple Genesis 3-button to PC-Engine adapters which were kindly designed by rattboi
As per schematics, microcontroller was not used, that means no addition significant lag existed. I tested them with 8bitdo MD30 bluetooth and 2.4 GHz controllers and receivers. They work flawlessly. Also I include extention wire to the package. So it's plug and play and You can finally play Your favorite Splatterhouse or Bonk laying on Your sofa with wireless controller.
I left some of them for myself and friend of mine, and the rest 6 ea are up for sale. The price will be 29 USD + 6 USD shipping with tracking number. The deal will be insured through paypal or I can sell it through ebay but that will add ebay fee.
Let me know if You are interested in.

Just 3 button controllers I take it?
PS1 Disc-Based Game ID BIOS patch for MemCard Pro and SD2PSX automatic VMC switching.

As per rattboi project description it's for 3-button controller. Actually I use it with 8bitdo which can be switched to 3/6 button modes.
Also You can switch 6 button MD/Genesis controller to 3 button mode holding "mode" button while powering up the console.

Would it also translate analog inputs from an XE-1AP? That would be similar to the XHE-3 / this one?

Hmmm, not sure completely.
As far as I know Genesis controller output needs to be converted to MSX output with some simple schematics as per JoyMega project.

And MSX gamepads/Joysticks are quite rare and exepencive. Megadrive/Genesis can be easily obtained and 8bitdo MD30 gamepads creates a wireless option for PC Engine.
