I'm having trouble fixing this issue, sound is OK, but screen is all distorted running all over the place.
Anyone know where to set the hori/vertical hold or is it a 5v issue? I have a Toki pcb connected.

V hold isn’t adjustable, but there is a pot on the chassis labeled H.H15 on the MS-2930. For the later models, you want the secret menu.
For the 2930 make sure you are in 15KHz mode too, with the remote DIPs reading OFF-ON-OFF.

I checked the DIP settings and they are correct.
How exactly do I adjust the 5v on the PSU? These don't work with a screwdriver.
