Dreamcast PSU squealing after cap replacement

Basically the thread title explains the problem. I did a cap replacement on two PAL Dreamcast PSU's with Console 5 cap kits. After the cap replacement on some content, mainly menus I hear squealing coming from the power supply. I checked and compared my work but all the caps have the right values and are installed in the right way and in the right locations. Does anyone have any ideas or tips what could be wrong?

IANAEE, so I can't speak to the problem, but I would ping Console5 to see if they're aware of the squealing. If they are, they might have a fix already; and, if not, I'd expect they'd want to know. If you get useful information from them, please relay it here.
