I have two monitors Samsung 32" LED TV/MONITOR Samsung SyncMaster P2250 with my OSSC 1.6 and Atari 1040STE
I'm just wondering is there any known way or method of making the OSSC 1.6 output high resolution monochrome mode or do i need something extra like a special cable?
I couldn't find any monitor settings that would help
any ideas?

From what I'm finding about the monochrome high-res mode, it's 640x400@72Hz. The OSSC will handle that fine, but I doubt your displays will be able to handle the 72Hz framerate.
Most older TVs won't bother with anything over 60Hz; and some, like my US-market Samsung LCD from about 10 years ago, won't even do 50Hz.
PC monitors are generally more flexible, but, checking the manual for the P2250, that doesn't support anything higher than 60Hz either.
You're going to need either a display that can handle 72Hz, or you're going to need a secondary video processor that can handle 72Hz and perform framerate conversion to bring that down to a more-compatible 60Hz.
