I'm going to be overclocking my N64 so it will produce more heat, so I want to install a 40mm fan. I will have to order one so I don't know the power consumption of it, but will it create noise on the power rail that could affect the image, and can the N64 even supply enough power with an RGB, overclock, and fan mod? If it might create problems then I can power it externally. And after I installed my N64RGB I noticed there are some lines on the screen, especially with light screens in games, like when light is shining through a window in Ocarina of Time (It looks like jail bars, but could just be the way the game is made).

If you're talking about the zigzag whitish pixels in that picture, pretty sure that's just dithering, which will be much more obvious in RGB compared to composite.
