Pvm geometry problems

I have a problem with the geometry on my pvm, the top ov the screen is slanted but the bottom is straight? Any ideas ?

No crt will be free of geometrical imperfections. Even the Broadcasting monitors have imperfections that cannot be corrected. How bad is the slant? Try providing pictures.
