Sync issue with Jamma + RGB mod (Samsung 20” CN-5083V)

Hello Everyone
With the help of our good friend Mark i was abble to mod a Samsung 20" CN-5083v (https://photos.app.goo.gl/3YJksk4bkZUrHK3L9) that work perfect via VGA (PC + Ati5450 + Crt_emudriver).
Wanna to test thru Jamma, and did a cable that goes to jamma > vga male (330ohms in each color) them goes to vga female that is already on tv that has (1k on both syncs ant 75ohms termination on chassis) the sync from jamma goes to pin 13 (H sync)

The only problem that the screen is constantly shifting from left to right diagonal a little bit, link above has a video showing this.
I was able to reproduce the same issue on pc playing MK that uses a lower 54khz frequency, the tv showed same issue.
The question is, can something be doing on tv it self to minimize that, or change something on SF2 bootleg board.
Any help will be welcome !
