Is the Extron 202 RXi interface a good option?

I'm searching for a Extron 203 Rxi interface, but I've been unable to find one on ebay...
I've found an Extron 202 Rxi interface for a good price
Is it a good option instead the 203 Rxi?
I want it to hook my emulation PC with CRT Emudriver to my RGB monitor only
Right now I'm using an UMSA Interface, but I want to replace it with an Extron RGB Interface

The 202 requires custom cabling. It does not have a HD15 input.

What about RGB 190F? It seems to have the right connectors. It comes with a power supply
