Looking for TV reccomendations 32" 4K low lag

I have a TV in my bedroom that is 32". It has terrible input lag and is 720p.

I would like to get a 4k Set with a good picture, lowest input lag, and about 32" possibly up to 37"

Any recommendations on a low cost gaming option?
