Hello,
I bought a few years ago a Hanzo (with extra VGA Cable) and a Kenzei
Both are working properly alone
Hanzo on a VGA screen PC monitor or LCD TV
I have an PC (computer) with Linux Lubuntu and a 15Khz modeline and the Kenzei works fine on my old TV CRT by Scart (Sony KV-29CS60B 100Hz)
[HD5450 videocard 15Khz modeline VGA output => VGA Cable (Pin9 Wired to power the Kenzei) => VGA input Kenzei => Kenzei Scart output => TV Scart input (pin16 from my cable scart is unplugged)]=> Works Fine
Because I have a perfectible picture for 240P source on my TV, I would like to add scanline on my old CRT TV, then I connected the Hanzo before the Kenzei to the output of my PC:
(15Khz VGA output => Hanzo => VGA Cable (Pin9 Wired to power the Kenzei) => VGA input Kenzei => Kenzei Scart output => TV Scart input)=> Not Working
Image in black and white very granulated barely visible like that:
Finally is it possible to connect a Hanzo + Kenzei with a pc and an old CRT TV (not a PVM or BVM).
Am I doing something wrong?, Would a Toro be more suitable (Hanzo + Kenzei combo is about the same thing?)
Thank you for your answer and sorry for my bad English.
