SNES White Line Jailbar FIX question help

Post by MidOrFeed2015 »

would it be fine to solder a 470uF cap to the voltage regulator that is 25v? or must it be 16v? I only have 25v on hand

Quite simply put: You don't have to worry about using too high a voltage rating on caps. You can only get into trouble using too low a voltage rating.

i had a bit of problems (such as the SNES refusing to power on) yesterday. after re-doing it this morning I can see that there are no more annoying bright thick vertical white lines :D
