Neo Geo CD av out RGB scart not displaying image

I bought 2 different scart cords for Neo Geo Cd and both of them display no image but pass sound through just fine.

I am using it connected to an OSSC. What can't I see an image?

I am using the top loader.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Where did you buy the SCART cables, and which ones did you buy? Are the SCART heads populated with all their pins, or are they missing some?

I bought them on eBay.

The original purchase was for a Neo Geo AES cable.

The next purchase was for cables specifically for Neo Geo CD/CDZ.
I made sure it was euro scart and not JP 21.
