Hello friends! So i have an interesting issue with my BVM 1910. When i got the unit initially, i had the issue demonstrated at this link:

I’ve been able to remedy the issue by turning my contrast all the way down during power on. When i would do this, that white bar would fill the screen for a moment, then go away, and i’d have my input on screen. Lately my little fix action won’t work anymore, so i’m not sure what to do. Visually checked the caps on the deflection board and they all look fine. Any ideas?
