Recommendations for skilled modders?

Post by DejahThoris »

I've got two modding projects that are a bit out of my comfort zone, and I'd like to see if I can find someone well respected in the community and in the USA.

I'd like to do the following:

-Get an RGB cable made for my Wondermega RG-M1. MIDI -> SCART. The Wondermega is already RGB modded to the MIDI port, just need the cable done. I have one cable, but it works only if you bend it just right...

DS Nitro Capture:

-RGB or Component modded (my understanding is some use N64 hardware for video, some use GCN, maybe that means HDMI modded is an option?).

-Modded with a SNES controller port while leaving the DS intact.

I have a some ds captures that I plan on designing rgb/hdmi boards for. No timeline, but it’s something I plan on doing.

If they're earlier models all you need are 2x N64 RGB boards, yeah? I've read that elsewhere from someone who has an RGB modded one.

I'm pretty sure mine is Gamecube based though.

Any which way, that's exciting news, even with no timeline.

I have both designs. Plan to do the GameCube one first.
