I used this tutorial:

Any clue?
My attempt to build a VGA to SCART RGB cable for PVM 1440QM

The double image means that you almost certainly still get a 31khz signal from your source.

Ah, that's interesting. is there a way to check? I mean, does windows tell you how many khz is it outputting ?Fudoh wrote:The double image means that you almost certainly still get a 31khz signal from your source.

Plug it into a 240p Tv and see if you get a double image... Oh wait..

The PC will be outputting 240p at 31hz (RGBHV). You'll need to combine the H+V to gain a proper RGBS 240p. For my grooveymame setup I use a Extron 190f but I'm not sure what you'd need to add to the cable to get those results

The cable is fine. I solved this uninstalling Windows Vista and installing Windows Xp (+ soft 15khz + geforce drivers 185.68). Now everything is fine.
