19" color analog/digital RGB monitor
dual 9-pin connectors (1- RGB TTL & 1- RGB Analog)
and a TTL-Analog mode switch) with
scan rates of 15-37Khz and 45-87 Hz

Will this work with a supergun?

All the specs look good for std res arcade analog RGB, but you didn't list what the sync inputs were. If it can accept combined sync on the horizontal input you are jamma ready...otherwise your supergun would need support Hor+Ver sync outputs and you are good.

I dont yet have a supergun, I am working on collecting the cash to build my own, so then you are saying I have some ability to build my supergun to work with this monitor even if what you say above is true?

Do you know the model number of the monitor? You'll need to find the manual which will tell the sync input info (need the pinout to make the RGB cable for your Supergun anyway). JAMMA standard has one pin for sync (Csync/composite sync), which contains both horizontal and vertical sync frequencies. Most monitors will have a Csync input, or will operate normally with Csync on the Hsync pin. If not, maybe there's a solution (sync stripper?)...I don't know.
