Best Controller Convertors

Post by MOSQUITO FIGHTER »

Specifically I really would like to use my hori rap2 (PS2) on my saturn and dreamcast. I bought a total control 2 adaptor for dreamcast but the control seems to be more floaty and while doing quick movements it seems to lose track of what is going on.

Any suggestions? I don't want to waste any more $ on a convertor that does not work very well.

IMO, there is no good controller converter. All controller converters induce lag, except JAMMA to console converter. :x

I personally connect my JAMMA Hori RAP to Saturn using a custom built controller converter. Works wonderfully. :D

I used a moded Acetac Joystick (mounted with a Seimitsu LS-32) for DC.

We have discussed saturn adaptors here before briefly...

As for DC adaptors, there is currently a discussion at the top of the hardware
page. But as I've said there I really recommend shoryuken.com, not to
demean this wonderfully useful forum, but there is tons of great info there,
so go take a look, and bring some of that stuff back here with you right?
Shooters and fighters are like cousins really, I have to say I'm a bit of both.
(Horribly Off-topic...sorry.)
