My wife found me a top loader NES in near perfect condition. The only problem is the channel selector switch is VERY flakey. If you breathe on it the wrong way, the signal cuts out.
Does anybody here have any experience with performing such a repair or know of a resource on the net dealing with such topics? Thanks!
Information on replacing channel switch on top loading NES.
Is there any way to find out what a suitable replacement switch would be? Would it be something I could find at radio shack?
The problem isn't the switch connection to the main board, it's the position of the switch selector, I might as well replace it.
Also, it there any write up on how to add composite outputs to it?
