I got one of these as a freebee.
It's french
It's labeled as OMEGA manufactured by MSG.
But it only works with one PCB as of yet.
If I switch to play other pcb's nothing happens, black screen, no sound.
Hmm perhaps I should put attract sound on and then see if music does gets processed??????
It has a user menu which appears after pressing the service button on the switch board.
Anybody know of any similair devices? I'd love to get it to work and doesn't look broke!
I didn't even knoiw these things were produced. Why is there so little information on them?
Am I the only person who wants these things?
I mean I only got 2 pcb's as of now, but If I had more.....I'd definetly would want the possibility to switch between them.
thank you
NEO GEO like JAMMA SWITCH BOARD
Well there could be a reason why you got it for free.
I recommend the double jamma adapter from mikesarcade.com, it lets you switch games by pressing P1+P2 at the same time. If you want to put more than 2 games in a cab, then Clay Cowgill's multijamma.com adapter is what you'd want (but requires extra power supplies).

Well it's German!
company is indeed:
MSG (or M.S.G.) Elektronik
D-4790 Paderborn
Germany
Cannot find them, anyone know?
It works I just needed to supply power for the 2nd and third jamma board.
Only now I need pinouts for the interface.
That and it looks like the battery is dead, but I don't see a battery, perhaps in flash, rom, but it doesn't save....
Maybe I should leave it on for a while to charge?
Alot can be managed from the menu.
it has a 9 pin (megadrive joystick/universal connector) with a grounded wire i should be able to check what is what, right?
