Monitor Question

I have been using a Dell Trinitron 19" CRT for about 5 years now. I have never had any problem flipping it between vert and horizontal before. But, today, I flipped it back to the horizontal orientation to use my computer and it has a green tinge to it. I cannot get the greenish tinge to disappear. Has my monitor finally seen its last days? Any ideas would be very helpful.

That happens to me sometimes when the video cable comes loose.
