Any info about a good way to get this done? Has anyone bothered to do so?

This site looks really helpful, thanks. I really wish playing imports on my XBox wasn't so damned complicated. :?

I hadn't touched a soldering iron since some high school classes around 1997, yet I've still managed to region mod a Dreamcast and install an executer 3 on an Xbox. It really isn't that hard.

The tutorials on xbox-scene are really helpfull.
