Anyone got Tengai/Sengoku Blade Dip Settings?

Found this but my PCB has 8 switches for DIP1 and 8 for DIP2 and I can't find freeplay. :?

I have that board. Turn on all the dips for DIPS 1 and leave all the dips on DIPS 2 off. Wait... maybe it's the other way around. Well, one of those two combos will do it. That's how I got mine to work.
