Graphics anomaly on my RaidenDX board?

I just received this board today, and after playing a few games, I noticed this:

Has anyone seen this before? I'm pretty sure the board is genuine, so I'm guessing it's some sort of glitch.

yeah, that is something in place of where a sprite should be, might simply be dirty/loose jamma connector, or any other dirty/loose connections on any socketed chips.
(but it could be other things too)
