An arcade monitor with 15 Khz is good for playing Raiden Fighters and other pcb's?

What games won't work?

I'm talking about the 33" monitor in one of those MEGA styl cabs

Also can the monitor be rotated?
It looks like there is room to rotate it!!!!

90% of all arcade games were made for 15khz standard resolution displays. The only arcade boards that support high resolution (31.5khz) are Atomiswave and Naomi. but these same systems are also compatible with 15khz displays so you won't run into any incompatibility problems.

Oops, forgot about medium res only games. You are correct. Off hand, I can't think of any such games I'd ever want to play (outside maybe the original virtua fighter).

OK thanks that's exactly what I meant.

Some medium resolution games have an option to drop to 15k as you have now discovered.
