RGB monitors (matt!)

I found a small little Tandy monitor for free at this place im working. It only has VTR inputs? Is this a viable solution for rgb gaming with my consoles?

Anyone know

If it's for a Tandy machine, my guess is that it uses digital RGB, and thus wont' be suitable for console (or supergun) usage.
