The Capcom kick harness connectors are made by the Japanese manufacturers Hirose and JST. Here's the PDF of the two types:

For CPS1:
http://www.jst-mfg.com/pdfE/eNH.pdf
(part # H10P-SHF-AA)

For CPS2:
http://www.hirose.co.jp/cat2002e/500/e54102006.pdf
part # DF1B-34DS-2.5RC)

These parts are difficult to get hold of outside Japan and you won't find them in your local shops. Also they use crimp terminals that require an expensive crimping tool.
