PSOne Boot Disc help

Post by Soldato J »

I just picked up a PSOne/LCD combo, and I was wondering which boot disc is best to get to play the imports on. Actually, let me say I need help actually finding any boot disc at this point--nothing I can find on ebay. Can anyone help/suggest one to look for/point me towards one?

The PSX-Change 2 is pretty widely available, and works pretty well for most games, in my experience. The only pain in the neck is finding bypass codes for anti-mod games, if you have any of them.

The Breaker Pro should be another good one. You'll need some way of setting the lid sensor in a "closed" state though, either by opening the system to install a switch, or just shoving a piece of paper into the sensor.

the psx-change v.2 comes with a spring and a paper sticky thing so it supports both new and old model consoles. are you based in the uk? if so i got mine from a site shipped for about 10 quid from a site that was something like consolesandvideogames.com. google it and it should appear.
