Datels Max Memory 64Mb for PS2

Post by visuatrox »

Anyone here tried the Datels Max Memory 64Mb card?. My third 8Mb Official memory card is soon getting fileld up, and it is getting annoying swapping them all the time.

So I'm considering the Max Memory 64Mb, is it worth the money?.

.. knowing Datel (and their usually rubbish products) I have a bad feeling that this is just too good to be true. Does the memory card require using some kind of software?, button configurations or anything?. Is it compatible with all games and does it work just like the official memory cards, just that it fits more?

If it's the Max Drive USB thingie...a word of caution:

Do NOT download Unformatted Saves onto the USB and transfer them to your memory Card. They can and will Corrupt the Memory Card's Files to the point where you must delete everything.

I'd say it's safer if you just buy a new "Official" Memory Card.
The world would be a better place if there were less shooters and more dot-eaters.
