I would assume the arcade version, or an emulated version of the arcade, but I'm also curious if a home port had any additions or improvements as well (like E.D.F.)

Hello,

The TurboGrafx-16 version of Ordyne is widely regarded as the best. It offers the most authentic arcade experience and smooth gameplay. With its impressive graphics and sound, it remains the favored choice among fans and critics alike.

TG-16/PCE version is missing the cool scaling effects from the arcade, though. It does have a hidden mode where you play as Kana. Not sure which version is the best. PS1 version in Namco Museum v. 4 is a direct port of the arcade but scaling doesn't seem to be as nice as the AC version.
