Not sure how this affects scoring in general, but DeadLiar has a ridiculous trick.

In the shrine, just place the mistletoe half a screen below you and go to the top of the screen, it will collect ALL, yes ALL of the crystals.

A couple others can do it too. Kagura's external gunner can, Fossil Maiden can.

That's already mentioned in the first post. Images are dead though.. I guess the game really needs a new thread by now. I'll start working on a new ST next time I get back to the game unless someone else wants to pick it up.

They can catch every single of one of the drops so yeah, they are as good as him. Plus you don't need to move around. Position yourself on the bottom center of the screen and the mistletoe at the top center (or vice versa) and just wait. Item drops are naturally attracted to the player character and its mistletoe, so they'll all funnel into the bottom center and you can catch them without moving.

Yeah, I don't think I have the images on my PC anymore. I don't have a way to play the game right now either so I would prefer someone took over the guide.
