Reviving this thread to answer my subscriber's question for this boss:

I dodged nearly ALL his attacks... it's his 3 way spread attack that i always die at.

I think he is referring to the TLB's initial attack.

Huh? Red Eye's initial attack is brain dead easy. He has some really really nasty stuff later, he might mean the radial attack that comes out in tight 3way formations, or the spreads he fires through his confinement attack?

What's the question here anyway, I'm kind of confused haha

Pretty sure it was initially, "How do you trigger the TLB?", which was already answered.

Not sure what happened from there.
