Is the Flame Viper available for use in this game, or is it only in Battle Garegga.

I think you mean Battle Bakraid, as the Flame Viper only appears in that game, not in Garegga....about the closest plane to that in BG might be the Wild Snail since it has a flamethrower "bomb" weapon, but none of the planes in Bakraid appear in Garegga, and vice-versa.
