So I beat the game again, killed all bosses and collected all Milestone logos, but still no TLB.
Should I be playing Hard mode instead of Normal mode?

EDIT: so yeah, I just confirmed the TLB is only present in Hard mode.

Haha yeah he's only in Hard mode..... make sure you got a decent amount of life before going into him though you'l need it for his last attack laser spam.
