Over the years I've accumulated a bit of information on BWR into a text document that some people have been interested in. This is the contents of that text document. This doesn't cover Blue Wish Resurrection Plus (BWR+). To be updated when I feel like it, whether that means 5 seconds from now or never.

Standard Bomb
This is the weakest bomb, and its damage gives no points, but you are able to use your regular shot (unfocused or focused) during it.
The fact that you can use your regular shot can make it stronger than focused bombs.
2nd longest invincibility period of any bomb (less than Eden's Edge's).
0 points.

Blue Wish
Unfocused Shot
5 shots
10pts + 10pts*collected POWER UP!s
tied with Blue Peace's unfocused shot for 3rd most score per health tick out of all shots, but is much less damaging than Blue Peace.

Focused Shot
4 shots
20pts + 10pts*collected POWER UP!s
3rd least score per health tick out of all shots.

Focused Bomb
Approximately as strong as Blue Hope's focused bomb, assuming all shots hit.
70pts * 5 shots * 50 salvos
(17,500pts or 3,500pts per stream)
The damage this bomb does means that even though it gives 17,500 points, it does so much more damage against a single enemy than Standard Bomb that the amount of shot score you lose by using it is more than Standard Bomb plus the entire 17,500 points. (is this also true with the item counter counting down?)
It's also better to use Standard Bombs against the TLB because of the score you get from shooting the invulnerable enemy.
Strength and points gained seem to completely ignore POWER UP! level.

2nd least score per health tick out of all shots.

Shot

Seems to do slightly less damage than main shots.

10pts + 10pts*collected POWER UP!s
Seems to do slightly more damage than option shots.
2nd most score per health tick out of all shots.
*While focused, can spread out options by pressing down against the bottom of the screen only.

Bomb
Stronger than Blue Peace's focused bomb, but weaker than Blue Wish's and Blue Hope's.
Has the longest invincibility period of any bomb, including Standard Bomb.
2 parts:
60pts * 798 shots
47,880pts
70pts * 26 shots * 7 salvos
(12,740pts or 490pts per stream)
60,620pts total.
This bomb gives so many points that shooting an enemy for the equivalent amount of damage will give less score.
Strength and points gained seem to completely ignore POWER UP! level.
Cancels bullets into bomb items.

Death
cancels bullets.
subtracts one life.
sets bomb stock to 3.
sets power to zero.
the number of power items needed to reach the current power level are released.
if it is the last life, and you have collected at least one power item on the current life, a bomb item is released as well.
If you have lost your last life, and you gain enough points to earn an extra life after dying, the extra life is not awarded (for 4,000,000 points only confirmed). This does not apply if you have lost a life other than the last one (i.e. you still gain an extra life after dying if you aren't on your last life.)

If bomb stock is 9, gives 5,000 points instead of a bomb.

item_pow - "Power Up"
Increases power level.

Gives 100 points on collection.
Gives 1 item on collection.

item_score2 - "Standard Item"
Decreases in value as it remains on screen.
Gives 800-100 points on collection.
Gives 8-1 items on collection.

item_score3 - "Box Item"
Gives 500 points on collection.
Gives 2 items on collection.

Gives up to 128 box items upon destruction. (2 items + 500pts each)
I have not been able to get more than 128 box items.
In total, this is 89,600pts.
