I like WHITEY aka SPANKY but truth is the man pussed out, he couldn't handle the chest-crushing nightmare of mammalian life UNDER TEH SEA hence the air force gig. Meanwhile Ecco pioneered Scrolling Action Survival Horror, or at least, did it a fuck sight better than FRIDAY THE 13TH for the Nintendo!

Wait - is Whity in his plane, or are they fighting in the water, or some shit? Because if Spanky (that's Whity's more racially sensitive US moniker ) rolls up in his whip and unloads a couple Hiroshimas' worth of ordnance onto Ecco's crib, it ain't even a fight, all he has to do is wait for Ecco to become sterile and he teefs fall out

OTOH, with he time travel power, ECCO could go back in time and assassinate WHITY's grandparents w/ he sonar beams!
